Interpretation

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or South Australian/Australian National public holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your Orders will be shipped by Australia Post Parcel Post when Standard shipping is selected at checkout, or either Australia Post Express Post or TNT/FedEx Express for Express Post.
In the case of a PO Box being provided, TNT/FedEx Express cannot be used.
Subject to Your delivery address and Our chosen shipping service, delivery times can vary from 1 to 10 business days. In the case of dangerous good (including, but not limited to shipping of batteries), these timeframes may be extended to allow safe transit by the carrier.
If You have a preference between these two carriers, please email us at sales@zda.net.au, and we will try to accommodate where possible.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Damages
We hold no responsibility for loss or damage of your Orders during shipping or transit. However, We will assist where we can.
In the case of damage caused by shipping or transit, sufficient photos must be taken as soon as practical showing the alleged damage. Where the alleged damage cannot be clearly seen by photo, a video should be provided in lieu. Or a combination of the two, as necessary.
International Shipping Policy
We do not offer an International Shipping Service on our Website at this time.
